monthly subscription

The monthly subscription includes THREE workout options daily (gym, dumbbell, and bodyweight). Our goal is to try and cater to everyone’s need and meet them wherever they are at in their fitness journey. We also provide warm-ups every day, core 3x a week, and an upper/lower body strength (optional) workout 2x a week.

The gym option is for those who have access to equipment such as barbells, boxes, slam balls etc.

The dumbbell option is for those who have access to dumbbells and a platform for steps ups, box jumps, etc. This version will also have a beginner/advanced option.

The bodyweight option is for those who have no equipment and need to do these workouts at home, on vacation, or while traveling. This version will also have a beginner/advanced option.

The monthly subscription will include 6 workouts per week written by us (two certified personal trainers) delivered through a free app. Every workout is anywhere from 15-60 minutes. Each workout includes demo videos and a description.

Our workouts include HIIT, Full body, Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Cross-training, Core, and Glutes. The style of programming is a combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs, and rounds for time. 

The HIIT workouts are designed to challenge your body’s aerobic capacity. This type of interval training is designed to include challenging movements and work/rest ratios that aim to get your heart rate to 85-100% of your max. 

The strength workouts are designed to develop strength through progressive loads, time under tension, and changes in tempo/rep count. These workouts will have you burning calories for DAYS and help you achieve more lean muscle mass.

Outside of the upper and lower body days, all workouts are full body. The workouts take anywhere from 30-60 minutes including warm up and core.

We meet you where you’re at by including a progression and regression option (beginner and advanced) for every workout. You can be confident that while you’ll be challenged, you will also be able to modify as needed.

We designed this gym for ALL people and ALL fitness levels. We believe in loving yourself while you work on yourself and that no one is ever too far gone. 

We are both certified personal trainers and Jordan has her CrossFit L1. Our workouts are always full body and completely scalable from a D1 athlete to someone who is just starting their fitness journey.

We don’t classify ourselves as “bootcamp” because we feel we are so much more than that. Our workouts, our environment, community, and mostly our “tribe” are all what sets us apart.

This “Quick Hitter Ebook” is a self led 4 week challenge. You get 20 workouts written by two certified NASM personal trainers.

Each workout is 12-30 minutes long with an emphasis on functional movement. We believe that simple IS effective and we’re not here to complicate fitness. Use the equipment you have! It is programmed for dumbbells, a box, and jump rope but everything can be modified if you do not have all of the equipment.
