First of all, if you’ve ever tried a single product from 1st Phorm, I don’t need to explain why this is on our recommended list. 100% THE BEST IN THE SUPPLEMENT MARKET. But, I digress for those that haven’t. For scientific reasons, I encourage you to study their website and do your own research because you should do that for anything you consume. You’ll find they are not the cheapest products on the market but they are the best in terms of research and product development. MORE importantly than that though and why we love them SO much is WHO they are and what they believe in. Their core values? Young Living
Okay, listen. I LOVE a good smelling candle, a freshly cleaned house, some downy, ya know – the delicious smelling stuff we grew up on. However, once I became a mom – purity of products became more of a priority to me. I started being more conscious of what I used at home, what we consumed, etc. TAKE IT FROM ME – even simply minimizing chemicals is an intimidating process so I take it very slow and I don’t put a ton of pressure on it. I truly love Young Living and am learning as I go. My advice is to find some oils you love, start small and don’t stress about being perfect. Learn as you go!

Coffee Over Cardio
If you’re a coffee lover, this is a MUST have. Mike and Abbey are the owners of the company and they are both such great people. The pink lemonade hydrate is our favorite product, it’s essentially a guilt free gatorade (AKA the hydration you need without all the sugar and guilt). My kids LOVE it, too! It also makes drinking a gallon of water a day, EASY.
Balance Athletica
I’ve been a Lululemon shopper for as long as I’ve worn leggings, so for me to recommend ANY other athleisure company is BIG. We were sold from the MOMENT we tried on our first pair of Balance Athletica leggings. The clothes are insanely high quality, but more importantly, they are made to make ALL body types feel beautiful and confident. What we love MOST about the company is what they stand for – their values and standards of inclusivity and love of all people is unmatched by any company we’ve ever seen. Hands down, the best athleisure company out there.
